Generation Mortgage Company has announced the addition of Alicia Hahn in the role of regional retail sales manager for the company’s western region. Based in Broomfield, Colo., Hahn is responsible for overseeing Generation Mortgage Company’s daily sales operations for retail branches in 18 states ranging from Arizona to Illinois.
“Alicia has joined Generation Mortgage at a time when we are expanding our retail branch presence across the country,” said Generation Mortgage Company Chief Sales Officer Cheryl MacNally. “Thanks to her years of experience in the HECM industry, Alicia possesses the management skills, category knowledge and expertise that are essential to our continued growth in the western U.S., and we are confident that the area’s sales team will thrive under her leadership.”
Prior to her employment with Generation Mortgage Company, Hahn worked with 1st Reverse Mortgage USA as branch manager for Colorado, Utah and Iowa. She also spent 10 years with Wells Fargo’s Home Mortgage Division, most recently as the reverse branch manager for Colorado and Utah, where she recruited and managed approximately 30 staff members and routinely exceeded production goals. During her tenure at Wells Fargo, Hahn also held the title of production operations manager and served as a home preservation specialist trainer and as an interim trainer for the division’s Sales Training Orientation for Reverse Mortgage program.
