Mortgage Returns Launches New Marketing Solution

Mortgage Returns has announced the launch of its new Storefront marketing solution, an enhanced feature of the company’s CRM system enabling loan officers to send direct mail to customers, prospects and referral partners. For the initial Storefront launch, Mortgage Returns is offering a new product line of holiday greeting cards. The Storefront is accessed by loan officers directly through the Mortgage Returns CRM system. To order greeting cards, loan officers simply select the card design; view the card with their photos, logos and contact information; approve a proof; select which contact groups receive the card and pay online via credit card. The greeting cards are then automatically mailed on behalf of the loan officer. The Storefront is part of the company’s TRUE CRM concept to offer relevant, automated marketing to mortgage originators in a more efficient way. “Our new Storefront system gives lenders more control over the content of the marketing collateral by empowering them to implement marketing programs with more of their own preferred customizations,” said Jim Blatt, CEO of Mortgage Returns. “Our CRM system gives lenders more flexibility, delivers marketing materials in a consistent manner and ensures everything is in full compliance.”
