Real Estate Mortgage Network, Inc. (REMN) announced their newest office in Virginia Beach, VA. Under the direction of branch manager and Navy veteran, Mike Ronca, this new REMN office will extend the company’s existing reputation for customer service, integrity and quality in the mortgage industry to home buyers, home owners and real estate professionals in the Eastern Virginia area. Ronca is known throughout the local military community as “The VA Guru” because of his work helping fellow veterans and active service personnel secure VA mortgages. He joins REMN with more than 15 years of industry experience, having previously served as an area director for another national mortgage lender where he managed multiple retail operations and led the company in personal origination volume of more than $100 million. In addition, Ronca is a Hampton Roads Magazine “Top Mortgage Professional” award winner for the last two years, co-host of the WNIS 790 AM Saturday morning radio program, “The Truth About Virginia Real Estate” and is often called upon to testify as an expert witness in high profile legal cases. “What first drew me to REMN was their commitment to customer service and quality in the mortgage industry. REMN not only has access to the best mortgage products, but the entire company is dedicated to providing the greatest possible experience for its customers,” commented Ronca. Prior to his mortgage industry career, Ronca served 10 years in the United States Submarine Service, where he earned numerous honors and medals for his dedication to his country. An avid youth sports philanthropist and baseball coach, Ronca has created extensive training and mentoring programs by opening the 757 Baseball Training Facility allowing young athletes the opportunity to train at college levels for little to no cost. He is also one of the four partners of Hometown Sports Management, a highly respected local company, which through a successful public/private partnership with the City of Virginia Beach, has taken a nearly $500,000 per year loss and reversed it into a $500,000 per year gross, bringing significant community usage and events to the important venue. Ronca makes his home in Virginia Beach, with his wife Lori, two children and two bulldogs.
