RES.NET and PAM Partner on The Boomerang Project

RES.NET has partnered with Torrance, Calif.-based Precision Asset Management (PAM) to launch The Boomerang Project, which gives investors access to real estate opportunities nationwide and enables agents to sell the properties that investors purchase through PAM by managing the transactions on RES.NET’s platform.
The program is referred to as the Boomerang Project because it allows agents to represent a property twice – once when the investor purchases the property, and again during the resale. Agents can submit properties of any kind, including REOs, short sales, multi-property sales, vacant land/subdivisions and equity sales, to the Precision Boomerang Portal for investors in PAM’s network to review and determine whether to purchase.
“Our partnership with RES.NET represents a truly dynamic combination of real estate management,” said Michael Hermosillo, director of operations for Precision Asset Management. ”Real estate investors and professionals alike can feel confident working with two established, reputable organizations – we are each providing our respective clients opportunities to grow their businesses through viable real estate purchases on a daily basis.”
PAM’s seasoned asset management team will coordinate investor purchases, after which real estate agents manage all activities, communication and documents for the resale through RES.NET.
“RES.NET has always given real estate agents a unique opportunity to promote their businesses by gaining exposure though our REO Portal,” said Todd Mobraten, COO and president of RES.NET. “By joining forces with Precision Asset Management, we are enabling agents to take advantage of today’s high level of investor activity. In addition to providing technology to drive efficiencies and transparency throughout a transaction, this is one example of how RES.NET constantly seeks to identify ways to help clients expand their businesses.”
