Capsilon Expands Educational Offerings Via DocVelocity

Capsilon has announced that it is offering current users of its DocVelocity program access to a variety of educational classes designed to train staff how to more successfully manage and process their mortgage documents. Capsilon’s courses are conducted face-to-face or remotely via the Internet. Topics include basic lessons for loan officers on how to use DocVelocity efficiently, more advanced instructions for adminstrators and a review of the specific features that matter most to users. Each class is customized to reflect the mortgage lenders’ unique needs. “These courses are designed to meet the growing demand among mortgage lenders for practical, cost-effective educational tools that enable them to maximize efficiency and achieve a faster ROI when managing their documentation,” said Sanjeev Malaney, chief executive officer at Capsilon. The courses are designed for exisitng employees who need a refresher as well as new employees who are being introduced to DocVelocity for the first time. Capsilon’s ongoing education courses can train between up to 100 people at a time.
