Franklin American Mortgage Adds Three to Its Team

Franklin American Mortgage Company (FAMC) announced that Christopher Anderson has been named vice president, Portfolio Retention. FAMC has also brought on Kristi Irwin as vice president, Wholesale Regional Operations Manager and Gary Royal as divisional vice president, Retail Lending. Anderson will be responsible for collaborating internally with Loan Servicing to develop and market loan retention programs, overseeing FAMC’s retail retention call center, and implementing retention systems. He will also be responsible for hiring, training, and ensuring the compliant licensing of FAMC’s licensed mortgage loan originators for inside sales. Royal will be responsible for the growth of FAMC’s retail lending presence throughout the Southeast, which includes locations in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, and East Tennessee. Royal will help cultivate a broader retail presence for FAMC throughout this market; including finding and placing talent for FAMC’s team of Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators and Branch Managers. Kristi will be responsible for managing our Operations Center in Pittsburgh, Penn. This includes oversight of the underwriting, closing, and funding for all wholesale loan activity in the region served by this center.
