Michael J. Wallace Named Lenders Compliance Group's Director of Marketing Compliance

Lenders Compliance Group Inc. (LCG) has announced that company founder Jonathan Foxx has appointed Michael J. Wallace Esq. to the position of director of marketing compliance. Wallace will manage the firm’s mortgage compliance practice that is devoted to the legal and regulatory requirements relating to residential mortgage loan product advertisements, marketing and lead generation programs. “Jonathan Foxx and Lenders Compliance Group clearly possess and provide a wealth of information and unprecedented access to mortgage risk management support within the mortgage banking and mortgage brokerage industries, both of which are necessary to navigate the myriad of new procedures and requirements being imposed on mortgage companies,” said Wallace. “This is a unique opportunity for our clients to receive reliable support with respect to all regulatory compliance issues in the areas of advertising, marketing and lead generation. He has substantial expertise in identifying regulatory risks pertaining to advertisements, marketing campaigns, and lead generation methodologies. Wallace will join LCG’s other directors in providing hands-on mortgage compliance support to the firm’s clientele, including single and multi-platform lenders, investors, servicers, mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, banks and credit unions. He is the developer of the Clix MG Inc., a contact management provider to the mortgage industry.
