The lending division of Carrington Mortgage Services LLC has announced the appointment of Carl Grimes as branch manager of its Tampa, Fla. office. Under his direction, the Tampa branch will focus on continued growth, providing expanded product offerings and faster turn times to effectively meet market demands.
With more than 17 years of success delivering exceptional results in all aspects of retail and wholesale lending, Carl Grimes has the experience and dedication necessary to ensure the most efficient delivery of products and services to borrowers. Grimes was most recently sales manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, where his many responsibilities included managing sales operations and building an external network of real estate sales professionals on the West Coast of Florida. Other previous positions include sales/branch manager for Wachovia Mortgage F.S.B., a Wells Fargo Company, in St. Petersburg, Florida, sales manager/vice president for Universal American Mortgage Company, a division of Lennar Homes, in Clearwater, Florida, Sales manager/regional vice president for Centex Home Equity Corporation, a division of Centex Homes, in Tampa.
