360 Mortgage Group LLC has announced the hiring of seven new account executives that will join the company's sales professional teams in California, Maryland, Georgia, Indiana, Florida and Illinois. Ryan Burchfield, Sally Thomas, Anthony Okolisan, Trudie Herring, Matt Burkel, Steve Lunenfeld, and Gina Bell join 360 Mortgage Group with extensive local marketplace knowledge and a commitment to service the mortgage broker community in their respective markets.

Ryan Burchfield will report to Scott Brackett, regional manager for the West Region; Sally Thomas, Gina Bell and Anthony Okolisan will report to Jeff Slain, regional manager for the Central Region; Steve Lunenfeld will report to Joseph Kowalski, regional manager for the Northeast Region; and Trudie Herring and Matt Burkel will report to Gino Berchock, regional manager for the Southeast Region.

Trudie Herring joins 360 Mortgage Group from AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation, where she worked as an account executive, servicing mortgage brokers, community banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders in Georgia and Alabama. Previously, Herring held account executive positions at CBC National Bank, Freedom Mortgage Corporation, SunTrust Mortgage Corporation, and Citi Mortgage Group. Herring will be focused on building broker relationships in Georgia.
Steve Lunenfeld brings more than 10 years of mortgage sales experience to 360 Mortgage Group. Most recently, he was area sales executive at Pacific Union Financial, accountable for purchase pipeline management and working with correspondents and brokers on traditional and refinance business. Prior to this position, Lunenfeld was retail lending sales manager at NASA Federal Credit Union, responsible for an overall marketing strategy for mortgage loan officers. During his career he also held account executive positions at Aurora Loan Services, 1st National Bank of Arizona, and Wescom Credit Union. Lunenfeld will be focused on building broker relationships in Maryland.
Matt Burkel joins 360 Mortgage group with more than 10 years of experience developing new customer relationships and increasing sales. Most recently, Burkel was a wholesale account executive at GTE Federal Credit Union, where he refocused underperforming markets and increased monthly production to $5 million from $2 million. Previously, Burkel was a branch manager and a loan officer at Premier Mortgage Funding. Burkel also worked 10 years as a realtor at Charles Rutenberg Realty, developing and retaining close relationships with clients and consistently managed over $3.0 million a year in sales. Burkel will be focused on building broker relationships in Florida.
Anthony Okolisan joins 360 Mortgage Group with 17 years of mortgage experience. Most recently, he was a certified DE underwriter at Integra Mortgage and an underwriter at JP Morgan Chase with a 100 percent QC rating. Previously, Okolisan held account executive positions at Caliber Funding, Stonewater Mortgage, and area sales manager at First Magnus Financial Corporation. Okolisan will be focused on building broker relationships in Illinois.
Sally Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. Most recently, she worked as business development manager at Stonegate Mortgage in the Chicago Metropolitan market. Prior, Thomas worked as an area sales manager at First American Mortgage Trust managing a team of account executives and provided training and guidance to achieve quarterly goals. Previously she was a mortgage advisor at PHH Mortgage and held account executives positions at Direct Mortgage Corporation, HSBC Mortgage Corporation and AIG United Guaranty Residential Insurance Company. Thomas will be focused on building broker relationships in Illinois.
Ryan Burchfield joins 360 Mortgage group from Franklin American Mortgage, where as an account executive he worked closely with mortgage brokers to expand production to $16 million within a 10 months period. Previously, Burchfield held account executive positions at Essex Mortgage, EquiFirst Corporation and New Century Mortgage. Burchfield will be focused on building broker relationships in Central California.
Gina Bell has more than 10 years of sale experience in the Midwest region. Most recently, Bell worked at Union Savings Bank as an appraisal department manager and mortgage processor. Prior, Bell held managerial mortgage production positions at Mortgage IT, Century Lending Company, Centex Home Equity and New Century Mortgage Corporation. During her time at New Century Mortgage, Bell opened and staffed new production offices. Bell will be focused on building broker relationships in Indiana.
