REMN Wholesale, a division of Real Estate Mortgage Network Inc. (REMN), continues to reinforce its coast-to-coast commitment to its customers with new regional sales managers and seasoned account executives in the Northeast, Southeast and Texas. These new associates are a part of REMN Wholesale’s overall plan to continue to provide customers, regardless of their location, with the attention and customer service that the REMN name has become synonymous with for nearly 25 years.
Tina Lewandowski, based in REMN Wholesale’s Iselin, N.J. headquarters, has been promoted to the role of regional sales manager. With Lewandowski’s promotion comes the addition of Kenneth Schultz in the role of account executive, servicing clients in Albany and the surrounding areas.
In the Southeast, Cara DeStefano, a three-time member of the REMN all-star production team and a consistent top producer nationally, has also been promoted to the role of regional sales manager. Joining DeStefano’s team in the Southeast will be David White, an experienced account executive focusing on customers primarily in Tennessee and Alabama.
Further west in Texas, Trey McAtee brings nearly 15 years of industry experience to REMN Wholesale, also in the role of regional sales manager. McAtee will be managing a team of detail-oriented account executives, including the recently hired Michelle Zamora-Ladd, Lea Shaw, Patrick Creighton, Laura Lund and Melvin Glasco.
“In an industry ripe with variables, one constant brokers and bankers can rely on is for REMN Wholesale to supply them with the dedicated support and responsiveness they need to help satisfy their own customers,” commented Carl Markman, director of national sales. “Flexible and well-capitalized, REMN Wholesale offers brokers and bankers the national network and diverse product line they want in a wholesale partner, along with the attention to detail they need to ensure their own business stays on track.”
As a pacesetter for customer service in the mortgage industry, REMN Wholesale has been offering its customers same-day turn times on new files since 2002. A Ginnie Mae issuer with its own servicing portfolio, REMN Wholesale offers a full range of products that include conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans. REMN Wholesale’s suite of renovation lending options are supported by a team of experts that facilitate the entire process, including post-closing management and home inspection, which has helped it to become one of the leading wholesale lenders in this area. A readily available help desk, online training programs, video tutorials and state-of-the-art website further solidify REMN Wholesale’s commitment to its customers.
REMN employs more than 1,300 associates in more than 70 offices nationwide. In 2013, the company closed more than $6 billion in home loans, solidifying its position as one of the largest independent non-bank lenders in the U.S.
