Norcom Mortgage has announced the addition of Wholesale Account Executives Lance Topol and Ken St. Clair. They are the latest members of the wholesale team that has been expanding throughout the East Coast. After graduating New York Law School in 1996, Topol embarked on what has been an 18-year career in the business. He has opened new markets for both Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and PNC Mortgage within their retail and wholesale channels. Topol will represent both New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets for Norcom. “The combination of technology and the great people here at Norcom was a natural attraction for me. All the automation in the world can’t compete without world-class personal service and Norcom offers the best of both. I am looking forward to this new opportunity,” said Topol. St. Clair joins Norcom with 13 years of mortgage industry experience and over 25 years in sales and marketing. He has represented Georgia and its surrounding states for Wells Fargo, Freedom Mortgage and Caliber Funding and will continue to cover this territory for Norcom. “I believe a lender must be nimble and have the ability to adapt to changing markets in order to serve the needs of today’s mortgage professional," said St. Clair. "I joined Norcom because they continue to prove themselves as such a company."
