Churchill Mortgage has announced that it has strengthened the staff at its Mt. Juliet, Tenn. branch to serve the growing population in Rutherford, Sumner and Wilson County. The University of Tennessee Center for Business and Economic Research reported that the population of the three counties is projected to increase by more than 760,000 within the next decade. The branch will be led by Aaron Reeves and Tina Reeves who bring more than 50 years of combined mortgage industry experience and serve as manager and assistant manager, respectively. In addition to her duties as assistant manager, Tina is also the branch’s support staff manager. To serve the area’s growing number of borrowers, Aaron and Tina work closely with local real estate professionals and focus marketing efforts to establish the branch as a central provider of home financing needs. Prior to Churchill, the two founded and co-managed Mt. Juliet, Tenn.-based Golden Rule Mortgage Company, where they provided expert financial advice to borrowers for 14 years. Before Golden Rule Mortgage, Aaron was regional marketing sales manager at First Union Bank in Nashville. Both are members of the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors. “The current homebuyer demand combined with the anticipated urban sprawl over the next decade creates a great deal of opportunity to support the increasing number of borrowers east of Nashville,” said Mike Hardwick, president of Churchill Mortgage. “With more than five decades of mortgage expertise, marketing experience and an impressive network of local real estate agent connections, Aaron and Tina’s efforts will be crucial to our success in Mt. Juliet and its surrounding communities.”
