Carl Streicher Joins Caliber Home Loans as Regional VP of Retail Lending

Caliber Home Loans Inc. has announced that Carl Streicher has joined the company as regional vice president of retail lending for the California region. In his role as RVP of retail lending, Streicher will be responsible for the development and expansion of Retail Lending within Caliber Home Loans' growing California region. "Carl's experience as a successful loan originator and branch manager is a valuable asset to the sales force that he will lead as RVP of our California region," said John Bianchi, EVP of retail lending. "I have had the honor of working with Carl for a number of years and he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and an ability to execute that has yielded a track record of exemplary performance. Streicher joins Caliber Home Loans from a full-service residential mortgage lender, where he was responsible for managing daily operations which involved enhancing sales teams, developing policies and procedures, as well as recruiting and training.
