Collateral Analytics has launched CA Value Forecast AVM. This new product incorporates the Collateral Analytics proprietary Home Price Forecast Models with its industry leading CA Value AVM.
Collateral Analytics has been deeply involved in creating home price forecasting models for many years and CA Home Price Forecasts are available for approximately 400 metros and 10,000 ZIP codes around the U.S. These forecasts are updated on a monthly basis as new economic and real estate market data becomes available on a local level.
“While the focus of real estate valuation has always been on current values, we have always felt that future collateral values should be of equal to if not greater interest to lenders, mortgage servicers, mortgage insurance companies, homebuyers, and investors, to name a few,” said Michael Sklarz, President and CEO of Collateral Analytics.
