Data Tree LLC has released an involuntary lien search feature on DocEdge.com, which allows users to expand a transaction history search to include involuntary liens, in addition to deeds, mortgages, assignments, transfers and foreclosures.

The involuntary lien search capability allows subscribers to view a list of lien data and recorded document images against the property and its owner. This includes documents related to federal and state tax liens, judgment liens, mechanic's liens, foreclosures and child support liens. DocEdge.com's search capabilities also allow users to refine or expand results with adjustable search parameters and phonetic name searching.
