LandCastle Title, a subsidiary of Morris|Hardwick|Schneider, one of the largest real estate closing law firms in the nation, recently announced the organization of a board of directors.

Morris|Hardwick|Schneider partners will fill two more seats on a rotating, annual basis. For 2008, Steven J. Miller and David G. Reddick will hold those two seats. In 2009, Lisa Edwards Anderson and Nancy R. Bowman will hold them. Barry King Jr. and Barton D. Watts will hold the seats in 2010, and Jackson W. Jones and Howell M. Haunson will hold them in 2011. The announcement of LandCastle Title's new board follows a recent announcement of significant developments: M|H|S and LandCastle Title have established two new mortgage service divisions: National Default Services Division and National REO Division, and M|H|S merged with Baltimore-based Wittstadt & Wittstadt, Pa.
