iServe Servicing announces hire of Richard Cimino as CEOMortgagePress.comiServe Servicing, National Asset Direct, Richard Cimino

iServe Servicing, a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Asset Direct Inc., has announced the addition of Richard Cimino as chief executive officer of the company, continuing their unprecedented growth during these uncertain economic times.

Cimino brings considerable experience in the mortgage servicing industry, most recently as president of the servicing division for New Century Mortgage, a position he held for five years. Prior to that promotion, Cimino served as executive vice president and manager of loan servicing at the firm. During his tenure at New Century, Cimino launched a full-service servicing platform reaching approximately 240,000 loans, equating to $45 billion. In addition, Cimino oversaw more than 650 employees in the Santa Ana, Calif. and Fishers, Ind. locations.

In total, Cimino has over 33 years experience in the consumer finance, real estate and mortgage banking industry with such companies as New Century, Ford Consumer Finance, CFR and Aspen Financial.

"We are very excited to bring Richard into the iServe family," said Jeffrey Kaplan, NAD's president and chief executive officer. "His deep experience in the industry, knowledge of what we do at iServe, and unique vision of the future of the market makes Richard a great addition. He brings credibility to our program and some of the best connections in the business. He is exactly the type of senior person we want at the helm, guiding iServe and growing it through this difficult but potentially rewarding time."

"aving Richard come on board as the face of iServe means a great deal to a growing firm like ours," said Louis Amaya, NAD's chief investment and operations officer. "Richard's in-depth knowledge of servicing, coupled with his ability to communicate its importance to the industry and to homeowners is critical to his new role. As the head of iServe Servicing, Inc., Richard will draw on his extensive background and relationships to further grow our business in new markets, effectively manage the risk, and positively communicate all that we are doing to the key players: our clients, the ratings agencies, regulators in Washington, and our investors. There is no one better for this role."

"I am very impressed by the impact that iServe has had since they've begun," said Cimino. "The firm is only two years old, and already they have made a name for themselves as a risk-taking, flexible, exciting young firm. They have already experienced significant growth, which shows great potential for iServe to develop into a large, established industry leader. I look forward to tapping into my experience and relationships both nationally and internationally to help iServe navigate this current market and capitalize on new opportunities."
