American Financial Network (AFN) of Chino Hills, Calif., has recently appointed Hoyt Souza as regional production manager, Wholesale Lending Division, of the Northwest Region including Northern California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Souza has extensive experience managing sales teams and is directly responsible for the development of production and new relationships for the wholesale division in the region.
“The combination of an aggressive pricing platform and AFN’s dedication toward customer service is a great fit for the business model of most of our potential clients," said Souza. "The Northwest Region is a competitive market, so we know that we have to be willing to go to great lengths to earn the business. That’s something we’re looking forward to proving out to the marketplace."
“This region of the country is experiencing a great surge in home buying and American Financial Network prioritizes purchase transactions. The timing couldn’t be better for us to partner with the mortgage broker community as well as correspondent lenders to capture our slice of this fantastic market,” said AFN Wholesale Lending Division EVP Ron Gapp.
“Our presence in the Northwest Region is critical to our overall growth strategy and vision of creating a national footprint for not only the TPO channel but also for all distribution channels,” said AFN Executive Vice President Ramaj Balley. “While many firms have exited the TPO Channel, we remain dedicated to the viability and the sustainability of the broker community.”
