Fay Servicing Approved as a Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer

Jun 01, 2015

Fay Servicing has announced that it has now been approved as a Freddie Mac seller and servicer. This is an important designation for Fay Servicing that validates the company’s expertise, servicing success and commitment to compliance.

This approval allows Fay Servicing to both sell conventional loans to Freddie Mac, as well as service the GSE’s securities. It also gives Fay Servicing the ability to purchase FHLMC MSRs on a bulk and flow basis.

“Receiving the Freddie Mac approval is an exciting achievement and an important step in the overall success of our company,” said Ed Fay, chief executive officer of Fay Servicing. “We look forward to applying our borrower-centric business model when we sell loans to Freddie Mac and service the organization’s securities.”
