Silver Hill Funding, a division of Bayview Loan Servicing LLC, has announced the addition of Allison Herrera to the company’s sales representative team. Herrera has joined Silver Hill to further develop their growing small-balance commercial lending in the Midwest Region.

“We are happy to welcome Allison back to Silver Hill,” said Michael Boggiano, senior vice president, national sales manager for Silver Hill Funding. “Her passion and experience in the small-balance commercial mortgage business will prove to be invaluable resource for brokers looking to grow their business.”

Herrera is an accomplished professional in the mortgage industry with more than 15 years of experience in commercial and residential lending, commercial real estate-owned (REO) disposition, and residential and commercial mortgage portfolio management. She focuses on providing superior customer service to clients with every interaction and utilizes a consultative approach to uncover mutually beneficial opportunities.
