HomeBridge Financial Adds MLOs Jessica Verdi and Sheri Barber

HomeBridge Financial Services Inc. has announced the promotion of Jamie Zeitz to the position of branch manager.

HomeBridge Financial Services has announced that Jessica Verdi (pictured left) and Sheri Barber (pictured right) have joined its growing office in Wilmington, Del. With nearly 40 years of local area lending industry experience between them, the addition of these two mortgage loan originators further emphasizes HomeBridge’s commitment to being the best possible resource for homebuyers, real estate agents and other housing professionals in Delaware and the surrounding region.

Verdi and Barber both possess the intimate local market knowledge and well-rounded history in lending that have helped HomeBridge build a reputation for customer service in the housing industry for more than 25 years. In addition to being able to work with Delaware residents on their local mortgage needs, they are also able to work with borrowers who have unique financial circumstances typical of the Wilmington area, including residents with out-of-state income and those looking to purchase homes across state lines.

“As a city well known for being in the middle of it all, Wilmington’s proximity to major metropolitan areas makes it an excellent location to both work and do business in. However, Delaware’s distinctive location also requires that mortgage professionals have a unique skillset and knowledge base that extends well outside our state’s borders,” said Richard Pollock, branch manager for HomeBridge’s Wilmington office. “Regardless of if someone is looking to buy in Delaware and commute Philadelphia; Maryland; or Washington, D.C., live and work nearby, or chooses to work locally and live somewhere else, our team in Wilmington has both the experience and licensing requirements to make the mortgage process as easy as possible.”
