GSF Mortgage has opened its first branch in the state of Alabama to be managed by Kathi “Kit” Mickelson who brings 23 years of industry experience to GSF

GSF Mortgage has opened its first branch in the state of Alabama to be managed by Kathi “Kit” Mickelson who brings 23 years of industry experience to GSF. Mickelson served the California market for 22 years and recently relocated to Alabama. Mickelson is a member of the Chamber of Commerce in several cities; St. Clair Country Realtors Association; Talladega County Realtors Association; Rotary Club and several other community-based programs. She works with a lot of real estate agents and For Sale By Owner (FSBO) clients.

“I am pleased to welcome Kit to our family," said GSF Mortgage Regional Manager Mike Maida. "She is extremely customer-oriented and pays close attention to detail. We look forward to helping her expand in Alabama."
