ISGN Corporation has announced the hiring of two mortgage industry experts, Destinee Pratt as senior vice president of Servicing Technologies and Chris Anderson as executive vice president of Sales.

“ISGN understands that industry participants need to invest in better mortgage technology that is affordable and rich in functionality to meet the demands of a highly regulated and competitive industry. We have designed and built our products to address these requirements. Our products are SaaS based, robust and integrated with each other, so customers achieve a higher order of efficiency,” said Don Gaspar, CTO of ISGN. “This advantage is especially evident between our LoanDynamix core servicing system and Tempo default management system to generate savings and efficiency. The expertise and vision of industry veterans like Destinee Pratt and Chris Anderson will be highly valuable in delivering these high-quality mortgage solutions to our market.”

Pratt joins the company with nearly 20 years of mortgage industry experience. In her new role, she will be focused on the vision and strategy for ISGN’s servicing technology products, including the LoanDynamix servicing and LoanMomentum construction management systems. Pratt is a Master Certified Mortgage Servicer, with a designation in loan administration, financial controls and default management. Previously, she held senior management roles at Black Knight Financial Services and CitiFinancial Mortgage Company.

Anderson also joins ISGN with 20-plus years of industry experience and will be responsible for providing leadership and strategy to create profitable growth for the company. Anderson will also play a vital role in the management of national sales and operations. Prior to joining ISGN, Anderson was chief business development officer for LendingQB. He has also held various executive-level positions at Wipro Gallagher Solutions, Gallagher Financial Systems and Docutech.

“Now that the acquisition of our Business Process Outsourcing business by Firstsource Group USA, Inc. is complete, we will be solely focused on continuing our journey to build out world class mortgage technology products,” said Amit Kothiyal, CEO of ISGN. “Our approach has been thoughtful to create an end-to-end mortgage servicing ecosystem for our products that tightly integrates our core servicing, default, settlement services and construction lending systems. We have already made significant investments in realizing this integrated ecosystem and are committed to delivering products that address the many challenges and needs of the industry. I am confident that these experienced and dedicated professionals will play an integral role in driving these objectives.”
