HomeBridge Wholesale Taps Waxman and Linderman to Lead New Orlando Location

HomeBridge Wholesale is strengthening its commitment to the Southeast region with the additions of Dennis Waxman and Rich Linderman, two noted industry veterans with well-established records of success in wholesale lending. Linderman has joined HomeBridge as Florida area sales manager, reporting to Dennis Waxman, who will oversee HomeBridge Wholesale’s Southeast sales as regional sales manager. HomeBridge Wholesale is also excited to announce the launch of its much anticipated, industry-leading operations center, slated to open in Orlando, Fla. at the end of September.

A highly decorated industry veteran, Waxman (pictured right) is a TPO leader and known in the industry for aligning the customers with the right internal teammates to create thriving synergies. Waxman joins HomeBridge with more than two decades of leadership in wholesale operations and sales team management, previously having held senior positions with FBC Mortgage, Sterne Agee, SunTrust and Plaza Home Mortgage. As a part of HomeBridge, Waxman will oversee the launch of the company’s Orlando center, helping to shape it into a world-class facility in line with the lender’s existing commitment to excellence.

Linderman (pictured left) joins HomeBridge with a diverse professional portfolio that includes more than 15 years of experience in wholesale, correspondent and retail mortgage lending. An exceptional leader known for fostering very strong broker relationships, Linderman will be responsible for managing HomeBridge Wholesale’s account executives across the state of Florida, in addition to his own broker relationships. Prior to joining HomeBridge Wholesale, Linderman held leadership positions with FBC Mortgage, Sterne Agee and SunTrust.
