“Top Vine recently celebrated its first anniversary, and we couldn’t be more excited to grow the company and bring on talent like Jerri,” said Top Vine Mortgage Services Managing Partner Tom Pasckvale. “She has a wonderful reputation in the area, and we are sure she will be a great asset to the team.”

Previously, May-Lazar spent eight years working with First Choice Bank and several years with The Grimes’ Law Firm helping clients with loan modifications. In addition, she is an ambassador with the Somerset County Business Partnership, holds a board position with Hunterdon Youth Services, and is a member of the Readington Township Community Emergency Response Team.

“I could immediately decipher that Top Vine would be a great fit for me,” said May-Lazar. “Just as I am passionate about making a difference in the community, I could see how honest and original Top Vine is in helping customers with their financial situations. Top Vine Managing Partner Vinnie Cervo added, “We met Jerri at a networking event and were immediately intrigued by her sharp personality. She has a keen sense of intuition and is determined to offer opportunities to those in need. With interest rates still hovering at all-time lows, we are excited to have her on board.”
