Inlanta Mortgage Taps Dave Stephan to Manage TPO

Inlanta Mortgage has announced the addition of Brian Jensen, regional vice president of Business Development.

Inlanta Mortgage Inc. has added Dave Stephan as Third-Party Origination (TPO) Manager. Stephan comes to Inlanta with nearly 30 years of industry experience in the retail, credit, technology and TPO sectors of the mortgage industry.

“Inlanta continues to find success by enabling small- to mid-sized financials to leverage our mortgage platform,” said Inlanta Mortgage President & CEO Nicholas DelTorto. “Banks and credit unions can expand their mortgage product offerings without the additional overhead and compliance risk. We are pleased to have Dave on board to foster relationships with our bank and credit union partners and to guide them through the TPO process.”

Prior to joining Inlanta, Stephan was senior account manager with a major LOS provider where he was responsible for strategic planning with the company’s major accounts. He holds a BS in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
