WFG National Title Insurance Company has added Bernadette Walsh as agency representative serving WFG title agents in Massachusetts

WFG National Title Insurance Company (WFG) has named Sharon Grannis as state manager for its retail title operations in Arizona. WFG also appointed Al Willey as its vice president of Escrow Operations in Arizona.

Grannis, with more than 30 years in the title and settlement services industry, will be charged with the operational leadership and market growth of WFG’s retail operations across Arizona. Grannis was most recently Manager, Arizona State Operations for one of the nation’s largest title companies. She is well-versed in all aspects of residential and commercial closing transactions, real estate exchanges, title, mortgage lending and private loan servicing experience. Before that, she served as senior vice president, Riverside/San Bernardino County Manager for that firm. Grannis has also held the role of SVP/County Manager with Commonwealth Land Title, where she was responsible for Riverside and San Bernardino County Operations and played an integral part in the merging of LandAmerica and Capital Title.

“Sharon’s inexhaustible enthusiasm for her clients, in combination with her extraordinary understanding of the transaction from virtually every level, make her an invaluable addition to the WFG team,” said Cindy Tucker, Oregon Division president and regional manager for WFG’s Arizona and Vancouver, Washington Direct Operations. “She has a long history of success, growth and, most importantly, deepening relationships with existing clients and partners, which will serve WFG’s clients extremely well.”

Willey comes to WFG with 40-plus years of experience in the title and escrow business. Over the course of her career with several large Arizona title companies, she has worked in all phases of the industry, including escrow administration, management, commercial transactions, builder transactions as well as resale and refinance transactions.

“Al has seen it all, which is to the benefit of WFG’s clients in Arizona,” said Tucker. “There isn’t a transaction too complex or a client’s need too difficult for her to handle. She has a pristine and longstanding record of efficiency, thoroughness and thoughtfulness with regard to each and every transaction. As such, she will be an outstanding addition to the team.”
