Bruce Van Patten Tapped to Lead New HomeBridge Financial in Folsom

HomeBridge Financial Services Inc. has announced the promotion of Jamie Zeitz to the position of branch manager.

HomeBridge Financial Services has announced the expansion of its retail presence in California, with a new office in the historic district in the City of Folsom, Sacramento County. Bruce Van Patten, well known in the Sacramento area for his work in the mortgage industry with some of the city’s largest and most respected lenders, has been chosen to lead the new HomeBridge office in the role of branch manager.

Van Patten’s addition to the HomeBridge team is in line with the company’s commitment to offering customers a combination of financial strength typically found from major national banks, along with the personal attention expected from a small local business. Under Van Patten’s direction, the new HomeBridge office will be able to assist residential homebuyers and homeowners, as well as realm estate agents and real estate developers, with the same level of customer service HomeBridge is synonymous with in other area of the country. HomeBridge has more than 90 offices nationwide.
