Heather Slapak Named First VP of Warehouse Lending for Flagstar Bank

Flagstar Bancorp Inc. has announced the signing of a definitive agreement under which it will acquire certain assets of Opes Advisors Inc.

Flagstar Bank has hired Heather Slapak as a first vice president in Warehouse LendingFlagstar Bank has announced the addition of Heather Slapak as a first vice president in Warehouse Lending. Heather joins Flagstar from Comerica Bank, where she spent most of her 18-year career as a relationship manager in their Warehouse Lending Division.

At Flagstar, Heather will be responsible for developing and maintaining warehouse relationships.

Flagstar Bancorp is a $14.1 billion savings and loan holding company headquartered in Troy, Mich. Flagstar Bank FSB provides commercial, small business and consumer banking services through 99 branches in the state, and provides home loans through a wholesale network of brokers and correspondents in all 50 states, as well as through 41 retail locations in 21 states.
