Assurant Valuations, part of Assurant Mortgage Solutions, has appointed Marc Hinkle as senior vice president, responsible for Assurant Valuations’ Operations, with a focus specifically on broker price opinion products, hybrid/alternative products, data, analytics and default appraisal solutions. In addition, Hinkle will help ensure a positive client experience, while building relationships and educating clients on new product development and the many benefits Assurant has to offer.
Assurant Valuations has also appointed Donna DelMonte as vice president of Operations, with a focus specifically on origination appraisals and other ancillary products. Her primary goal will be to streamline processes across the department, resulting in increased efficiencies and superior quality and service.
Prior to joining Assurant Valuations, Hinkle served as senior vice president at Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), where he oversaw valuation operations, strategic initiatives, vendor management, third party service providers and other operational teams.
Hinkle joined Assurant Valuations in 2016 as senior vice president after working extensively in the mortgage industry for more than 20 years. Prior to his time at MCS, Hinkle was vice president at PHH Corporation, where he managed default and escrow administration, customer service and contact center operations, and other various servicing departments.
DelMonte joined StreetLinks Lender Solutions–now part of Assurant Valuations–in 2010, where she worked extensively to grow the organization’s technology offering through the LenderX and StreetLinks QX products. Her dedication to streamlining the solutions suite resulted in the creation of valuable partnerships with top lenders nationwide.
