Tim Cotten Joins Starkey Mortgage to Head Up New Recruitment Division

WR Starkey Mortgage LLP has announced it would officially rename the company Certainty Home Loans LLC and launch a complete rebrand

Starkey Mortgage has announced that Tim Cotten has joined the company as director of recruiting where he will lead the development of an internal recruiting team that will prospect, interview, hire and transition top mortgage talent.
 
“Starkey is looking to identify the right people to join our team and provide them with the resources that allow them to prosper,” said Doug Casbon, national production manager at Starkey Mortgage. “Tim is one of the top recruiters in the mortgage industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge to our team. His proven and highly successful approach ties with our strategic recruitment plan to continue to provide our team with the process, tools and technology to succeed.”
 
Cotten has more than 10 years of recruitment, leadership and business development experience in the mortgage industry. He worked at SWBC Mortgage as AVP/manager of talent acquisitions and at Chase as AVP, senior sales recruiter. Cotten is based in Plano, Texas and reports directly to Doug Casbon, EVP of national production manager at Starkey Mortgage.
