First American Mortgage Solutions, a subsidiary of First American Financial Corporation, has introduced CleanFile Solutions to give mortgage lenders, servicers and investors complete confidence in the quality of their collateral files. CleanFile Solutions combines post-closing document management, loan quality control, file perfection, lien release preparation and recording in a single, vertically integrated suite. Features include document retrieval and retention, imaging, assignment preparation, title policy retrieval and replacement. Clients can leverage CleanFile Solutions to complete any phase of the loan perfection process, as well as navigate stringent regulatory requirements.
