The new location also marks the mortgage company’s expansion into the New England region on the heels of recent branch openings in five other states: Kentucky (Louisville); Illinois (Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.); Indiana (St. John, Ind.); Maryland (Rockville, Md.); and Pennsylvania (Doylestown, Penn.).

Attendees enjoyed a catered spread of food and beverages while mingling, playing pool and enjoying live guitar music.

The Franklin office is helmed by Branch Manager Michael Dunsky, a 28-year mortgage industry veteran who joined Draper and Kramer in late 2016 as the company’s first New England loan officer.

“This is an exciting day,” said Dunsky. “I’m thrilled to be a part of the Draper and Kramer Mortgage team and to be officially launching the company’s entry into the New England market from this beautiful space. I can’t wait to fill this office with amazing talent and offer the region’s homebuyers, homeowners, real estate agents and others a competitive new option for their home financing needs.”

Dunsky is joined at the branch by two other recent additions to DKMC: Kevin Kuechler, a top-producing senior loan officer; and Maria Cabrera, sales coordinator and office manager. The office is expected to house approximately 14 employees once fully staffed.
