President Donald Trump has quietly put his 4.8-acre beachfront home on St. Martin up for sale.

According to a Washington Post report, the property, dubbed Le Chateau des Palmiers, is an 11-bedroom, 12-bath estate that was purchased for an undisclosed sum in 2013. The property also includes a heated pool, fitness center, tennis court, and a covered outdoor bar and billiard area. For those seeking to turn the property into a revenue source, it also comes with a commercial catering kitchen that can be used for weddings or other special functions.

Although Sotheby's International Realty is marketing the property as "one of the greatest mansions in the world," the list price is available only upon request. However, the Washington Post, citing an unnamed source, claims that it is listed for $28 million.
