Castle & Cooke Mortgage Adds Three New Execs

Castle & Cooke Mortgage LLC has added three new members to its executive team: Tomilynn Clark (pictured below left) as Director of Underwriting; Brooke Joy (pictured below center) as Director of Marketing; and Samantha Bateman (pictured below right) as Director of Compliance Operations-a new position for the company.

Joy has worked in marketing in the mortgage industry for over 17 years. She successfully directed marketing departments at her previous employers, including Total Expert LLC and National Residential Mortgage.
 
Bateman is a 22-year industry veteran and has extensive experience working on regulatory and compliance issues. She was most recently Chief Compliance Officer at SecurityNational Mortgage Company.
 
Clark brings 17-plus years of mortgage experience to the table. Prior to joining Castle & Cooke Mortgage in 2015 as an underwriter, she worked for Celtic Bank and W.J. Bradley as an underwriting team lead.
