Docutech announced that LendingQB has integrated Docutech’s Solex eClosing solution to enable digital closing with eClosing, eNote and eVault functionality

Docutech has added three key members to its management team: Brian Sargent as Vice President of Product Management, Rachel Bloomer as Vice President of Human Resources, and Emily Shapiro as Executive Vice President of Professional Services.

“We are excited to welcome three new key leaders to the Docutech team, especially considering the experience and expertise Brian, Rachel and Emily bring in their respective areas,” said Amy Brandt, President and Chief Operating Officer of Docutech. “With their arrivals, we can continue improving our products, operations and in-house environment to ensure that Docutech is ideally positioned for success.”

As VP of product management, Sargent will lead the entire product organization team, including project managers, analysts and UX designers, and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s product strategy and business roadmaps with a focus on driving continued rapid growth, increased revenue and enhanced usability. Sargent brings more than 16 years of experience in product management working with high-growth technology companies to his role at Docutech, including management-level positions at Limelight Networks, GoDaddy and Symantec.

In her role as VP of Human Resources, Bloomer will oversee all of the company’s human resources needs, including recruitment, compensation planning, performance management, succession planning, benefits administration and HR compliance to ensure that Docutech has the right HR strategy and programs to support its growth plans and drive a performance-based and customer-focused culture. Rachel brings nearly 20 years of experience in all aspects of human resources to the Docutech team. Before joining the company, she served as senior director of human resources for Ipro Tech and prior to that, first assistant vice president and human resources consultant for MidFirst Bank, among other positions.

As EVP of Professional Services, Shapiro will head the implementations, integrations, project management office and fulfillment departments and all related activities. Shapiro brings 19 years of mortgage and leadership experience to the role, having led wholesale and correspondent mortgage sales and operations departments as well as post-closing, servicing, training, underwriting and global operations organizations. Her most recent roles prior to Docutech include Senior Executive Consultant at Transaction Dynamics and Senior Vice President of Loan Administration at Prospect Mortgage LLC.
