Hufnagel most recently served as Human Resources Director at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, Mich.
 
With more than 25 years of experience in the human resources field, including the healthcare and manufacturing industries, he brings skills in talent acquisition, performance management, strategic planning, employee development and engagement, and HR compliance.
