Silver Hill Appoints Oscar Mendez as Sales Rep

Silver Hill Funding LLC has named Nina Hamilton-Lee as Head of Operations, overseeing management of the processing, closing, and quality control departments

Silver Hill Funding LLC has announced the addition of Oscar L. Mendez to the company’s sales representative team, serving mortgage originators and their clients in Colorado, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and Texas.
 
“Oscar has a great reputation for delivering real value to both commercial and residential originators,” said Silver Hill Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager Michael Boggiano. “His dedication to his clients and enthusiasm make him a perfect fit for Silver Hill.”
 
A mortgage professional with more than 20 years of experience in commercial and residential lending, Mendez has successfully led numerous initiatives related to relationship sales, new business development, and marketing in multiple states. He most recently served as a Wholesale Commercial Sales Representative with Cherrywood Commercial Lending LLC, where he ranked as a top producer. As the newest member of Silver Hill’s sales team, Mendez looks forward to providing “life-changing” customer service and educating clients on all mortgage financing solutions.
