Churchill Mortgage Opens First Branch in Minnesota

Oct 03, 2017
Churchill Mortgage has announced its acquisition of Elev8 Mortgage

Churchill Mortgage has announced its expansion into Minnesota with the opening of its first branch in the state in Minneapolis. Patrick Juul will serve as Minneapolis Branch Manger, leveraging 30-plus years of mortgage expertise, along with Brian Potratz, who will serves as Home Loan Specialist with 15 years of mortgage origination experience.

“A borrower’s mortgage experience should be empowering, positive and clear, and guide them further down the path of financial stability, regardless of their situation,” said Juul. “I often tell borrowers to fall in love with the numbers before falling in love with the house and it’s my goal to bring that same consultative approach to lending to my fellow Minnesotans.”

Mike Hardwick, President of Churchill Mortgage, said “According to the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, a thriving economy is driving homebuyer demand, which has contributed to a shortage in the supply of homes. Under Patrick’s leadership, our expansion into Minnesota will educate local borrowers on the end-to-end homebuying process and help match them with the home of their dreams through a mortgage that best fits their needs.”
