Everbank Names John Porath Retail Lending Division SVP

EverBank, a division of TIAA FSB, has announced that Nick DeSimone has joined the Retail Lending Division as a Retail Loan Originator

EverBank, a division of TIAA FSB, has announced that John Porath has joined the Retail Lending Division as a Senior Vice President, Division Sales Manager. Porath will be located in Charlotte, N.C., offering residential mortgage solutions to local customers and build awareness of EverBank’s products and programs in the Southeast Region. Porath will manage Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida.
 
Porath has 28-plus years of mortgage industry experience, most recently working as a Vice President, Regional Executive for PHH Mortgage. In this role, Porath was responsible for the production, profitability and overall performance of the Southeast Region, encompassing more than 160 employees in seven states and the District of Columbia. He has also worked for Citizens Bank, First American Mortgage Services & JP Morgan Chase.
