LGBT Capital, the trading arm of U.K.-based Galileo Capital Management Ltd, has unveiled what it says is the first global property search portal for the international LGBT community.

The new Property Equality online resources is located at PropertyEquality.com and includes Android and iPhone mobile apps. LGBT Capital said it is rolling out the Property Equality portal on a country-by-country basis, following a pilot run in the Spanish market, and will focus on markets that, according to the company, where local governments acknowledge the LGBT community’s efforts in “the regeneration of undesirable neighborhoods.”

A section of the portal has already been set up for the U.S. market.

“LGBT consumers often have relatively higher disposable income, and wish to live where they can be open and feel free,” said Anders Jacobsen, Co-Founder of LGBT Capital.
