Originally from Puerto Rico, Ortiz was previously a resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, before settling in the Sunshine State.
 
“I just like what this company is all about,” said Ortiz.
 
“I have known Dan personally for years, and we said that if the perfect opportunity ever arose that he would come on board and originate loans,” said GSF Mortgage Lakeland Branch Manager Chad Baker. “So, when I was hired on with GSF, I went to Dan and told him all the great things we had going on and he decided it was a good fit. We are excited to have him on board. He is a family man and a great communicator, so we have high expectations for him.”
