“As more and more originators see the value of offering non-QM programs, we’re anticipating a big rise in volume in 2018,” said Tom Hutchens, Angel Oak Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “These new AEs will be out educating real estate professionals on this programs and why they should partner with the leader in this space. We’re very excited about this new group of Account Executives and look forward to seeing the benefits of their experience.”

With aggressive growth plans for 2018, Angel Oak is continuing to hire AEs in markets across the country and underwriters/support staff in their Atlanta headquarters.

“In the mortgage industry, stability and track record are paramount,” said Willis. “I joined Angel Oak because of those items but also due to the strength and knowledge of the sales and management team and the fact that Angel Oak underwrites to their own guidelines, thus ensuring a very smooth transaction. Angel Oak is poised for explosive growth and I’m happy to be a part of it!”
