Movement Mortgage has hired former IBM and Accenture executive Henry Santos as its new Chief Information Officer. Santos joins with a track record of guiding innovation and transformation in a variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, education and athletics. Most recently, Santos led IBM’s Global Mortgage Business Services Division. Previously, he was a Partner at The Capital Markets Company and a Managing Director at Accenture Credit Services, where he led the housing finance technical services division.

“Henry Santos is a first-round quality draft pick for our team,” said Movement Mortgage Founder and Chief Executive Casey Crawford. “First and foremost, Henry loves people and sees himself as a servant leader. He is exactly the right person to combine our greatest asset, our people, with our greatest opportunity—the power of technology—to lead us into an era of exponential growth.”

In his role as Chief Information Officer, Santos will lead Movement’s strategy to design, develop and integrate advanced computing services into a next generation cognitive, automated, digital lending experience.

“Movement has been on a winning journey since its launch, and I am honored to be part of this next chapter,” Santos said. “The key to our success has been the ability to constantly evolve to meet new demands, react to competitive threats and manage growth intelligently. Our future success will be driven by how we respond to advances in technology and data science that are disrupting every industry in the economy, especially financial services.”
