PRMI Named “Top Workplace” for Second Consecutive Year

Nov 21, 2017
Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. (PRMI) has expanded its eClose services offerings to 49 states and the District of Columbia

For the second consecutive year, Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. (PRMI) was awarded the 2017 Top Workplaces honor by The Salt Lake Tribune, Utah’s Pulitzer Prize-winning daily newspaper. PRMI was also recognized as the top company for “Work/Life Flexibility.” The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics). These results were measured on organizational health and how employees feel about their day-to-day job.

“It is an honor to receive this prestigious award for a second year, especially since our nomination was based on employee feedback,” said Dave Zitting, President and Chief Executive Officer of PRMI. “We take pride in having a positive workspace for our employees, which is based on our seven core values: teamwork, stability, advocacy, empowerment, integrity, excellence, and happiness.”

“The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest. And oftentimes, people assume it’s all about fancy perks and benefits,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “But to be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health. And who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day—the employees. Time and time again, our research has proven that what’s most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together. Without this sense of connection, an organization doesn’t have a shot at being named a Top Workplace.”
