“This is certainly an honor,” AmeriFirst Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Mark Jones said. “In 2017, our team grew to include over 600 talented individuals who share our value system and our goal of helping our neighbors achieve their dreams of homeownership. We are honored that they are recognized for their dedication to excellence as well–continuously striving to grow professionally, to build lasting relationships, to serve as an important voice in the housing industry, and to give back to our communities.”

AmeriFirst is one of 437 national winning organizations out of 2,000 nominations submitted to The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) for consideration.

“National companies realize that their employees are key to business success,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and Chief Executive Officer of NABR. “The companies that were selected demonstrate innovative human resource practices and intentionally keep employee needs at the forefront of their policies. We are very impressed by the commitment that they have demonstrated to their employees.”

AmeriFirst Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder David Gahm said receiving the award is another feather in the growing mortgage company’s cap.

“Our mission is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and that includes our AmeriFirst family,” Gahm said. “This honor reaffirms our commitment to investing in the development of our team members because we have long known that our employees are our most valuable asset. Their talent, passion and experience are the key drivers to our competitive advantage.”
