Datos-In-Harmony (DIH) has announced that Pamela Best has been promoted from Operations Manager to Senior Director of Operations for the company

Datos-In-Harmony (DIH) has announced that Pamela Best has been promoted from Operations Manager to Senior Director of Operations for the company. DIH offers a suite of services intended for mortgage lenders, servicers and title companies.

"New technologies are changing the way mortgage industry firms operate and it takes very savvy operations executives to keep pace and deliver consistent results,” said DIH President Jamie Deal. “We are very fortunate in that regard. Pam brings over 30 years of office management experience and her skillset is exactly what we need to capitalize on the new technologies that are making our high-tech, back-office suite of solutions the strongest in the industry. She understands the advantages we deliver to our clients. I’m proud to have her leading our operations team.”

Best started her career typing title policies and advanced quickly to become one of the title industry’s leading Operations Managers. She was among the first employees to join DIH in 2014 and began managing the company’s production team. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the company’s growing Operations Department and assisting in the implementation of new tools and technologies to support it.

DIH is the first company in the real estate and home finance industries to capitalize on the trend of business onshoring, through which companies that desperately need to outsource business processes find onshore partners who bring the best elements of offshore BPO back to America. The firm serves a diverse client base made up of lenders, servicers, title companies and real estate data providers.
