“LoanStar is growing, despite a shrinking mortgage market,” said Mike Baldwin, President and Chief Executive Officer of LoanStar. “We see a lot of opportunity to expand our branch network with our product mix, marketing prowess, and efficient operations. Lance is the type of person that will represent the LoanStar family and culture, and I’m confident he’ll do a wonderful job building teams that will serve their community and the referral partners that make home ownership a reality for so many.”

Lemoine is a graduate of Bentley University in Massachusetts, with a degree in Finance, as well as a Consumer Bankers Association Graduate School of Bank Management degree from the University of Virginia.

“I joined LoanStar because of the family culture led by mortgage industry veterans, most of which have or still originate loans, and, they have been together for more than 20 years,” said Lemoine. “That origination first philosophy is refreshing and backed up by strong operations teams spread throughout the country. The other really great thing is LoanStar’s deep marketing and sales management support to help originators close more loans than they’ve ever done before.”
