Marcus Davis Named SVP, National Retail Sales Executive for On Q Financial

On Q Financial Inc. has named Marcus Davis as Senior Vice President, National Retail Sales Executive. Davis brings more than 27 years of experience in the mortgage industry and is poised to lead the retail sales team as the company aims to grow from $3 billion to $10 billion in annual loan volume over the next few years.

“Marcus is a change agent,” said John Bergman, On Q’s President and Founder. “He believes in strengthening our inclusive and collaborative culture, while focusing on new ways to take On Q to the next level. Davis is based in the Sacramento, Calif. area where he lives with his wife and six children.
