Mortgage Network Grows in South Carolina

Jun 01, 2018
Mortgage Network Inc. has announced that Ryan Brown has joined the company's Danvers, Mass. branch as a loan officer.

Mortgage Network Inc. has promoted a Loan Officer to branch manager, and hired two employees in anticipation of strong demand for mortgages during the summer homebuying season.

Ethan Lane, who joined the company as a Loan Officer in 2013, was promoted to Branch Manager of the Mount Pleasant, S.C. office. Lane is licensed in South Carolina, Georgia and North Carolina, and specializes in residential mortgages, second home/investment properties, first-time home buyers, VA, FHA and jumbo mortgages. He is a Certified Military Home Specialist (CMHS) and has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina.

"Since its opening in 2003, the Mount Pleasant branch has been one of our shining stars," said David Crowell, Southeastern Regional Manager for Mortgage Network. "That's because we hire good people who believe in providing great service. I am confident that Ethan and his team will do well."

Mortgage Network also hired Marina Bundy, Marketing Assistant, and Chris Cardamone, Mortgage Processor, for the Mount Pleasant branch. Previously, Bundy was a Content Developer for Keen Eye Marketing, while Cardamone worked in Mortgage Network's Hilton Head office.

"I am thrilled to have Marina and Chris on the team," said Lane. "As homebuyers flock to Charleston from pricey areas like New York City and business picks up during spring, they will both help us meet increasing demand and continue growing our office."
